Olsztyn is 212 kilometres away from Warsaw and 169 kilometres away from Gdańsk (Danzig). To reach Vilnius and Kaliningrad, one needs to travel 408 kilometres and 131 kilometres from Olsztyn, respectively. Besides the airports in Warsaw, Warsaw-Modlin (approx. 170 kilometres from Olsztyn) and Gdańsk, foreign guests coming to Olsztyn may choose the Olsztyn-Szymany Airport (or Olsztyn-Mazury Airport) which is approx. 50 kilometres from the centre of Olsztyn. Please also note that all foreign guests will be offered transportation from the above airports to Olsztyn.
The conference will take place at the University of Warmia and Masurian in Olsztyn (the most beautiful university campus in Poland and one of the most beautiful campuses in Europe) and also at the conference rooms of the Omega hotel in Olsztyn. The hotel is situated on the lake shore.
