Registration information for the Conference

Please register by registration form (at the bottom of this page)
until August 30, 2017

Notices:

  1. Number of places is limited.
  2. Your registration will be deemed effective when made until August 30, 2017 and when your conference payment has been received by that date as well.
  3. Once you’ve paid the amount, please send the payment confirmation by email to biuro@oirp.olsztyn.pl (or by the form on the page Contact).

Cost of attendance at the Conference

For participants from outside Poland – 290 EUR (net)

This amount covers:

  • participation in the conference courses,
  • accommodation at a three-star Omega hotel, situated on the lake shore in Olsztyn, between September 7, 2017 from 14:00 and September 10, 2017 until 12:00,
  • coffee breaks,
  • lunches on September 8 and 9, 2017,
  • a gala dinner on September 8, 2017,
  • any other events included in the conference programme.

Extra payment for a single room for three nights: 55 EUR (net).
Notice: number of single rooms is limited.

If the company is a VAT payer in the EU the amount to be paid is net. Otherwise you will be asked to pay VAT.

During registration please specify whether you plan to take part in the trip around the region (the trip is included in the conference fee).
